What is Alpha?
Alpha is a series of interactive sessions exploring the Christian faith. Alpha gives everyone the opportunity to explore life, faith and meaning; to ask questions, and share their point of view in an open and friendly environment.
The symbol of Alpha is the 'question mark', and no question is too simple or too complex.
What is my purpose? Is there more to life than this?
Why is there suffering? Who is Jesus?
If you are looking for a casual space to explore life's big questions, then Alpha is for you.
There is a seat for you at Ryde-Gladesville Parish Alpha!
How does it work?
Each session includes connection, content and conversation.
Sessions begin with a meal, followed by a video and then a discussion where everyone can share their thoughts.
If you do try Alpha and feel it is not for you, it's not a problem. There is no pressure or follow-up.
What happens when I register?
After registration, you will be contacted by one of the Alpha team prior to the first Alpha session.
